Challenge for Charity

Challenge for Charity is our banner initiative designed to raise funds to assist first responders and public safety officers in securing high-quality, affordable housing and empowering them in their journey to homeownership.

Our inaugural event in October 2022 raised nearly $50,000 from partner organizations and corporations through competitive field games. All proceeds were directed to the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation and the Atlanta Police Foundation to support affordable housing initiatives.

Internships

We offer paid internships that teach students how a real estate company operates with an emphasis on construction, development, marketing and sales, and finance.

Minority
Development
Fund

We envision our Minority Development Fund as an opportunistic community real estate development fund. Once in place, it will be used to fund property acquisitions, pre-development expenses, program management, horizontal development, construction, and general expenses for community redevelopment initiatives.
